Finally got around to researching new PC parts. My current rig is struggling with these trading platforms and all the charting software. Thinking of going for a Ryzen 7 and maybe an RTX 4070. Anyone have build recommendations or seen good deals lately?

Yeah, that news about the dollar acting weak despite tensions is weird. Normally, I'd be loading up on longs here for USDJPY, expecting it to rip higher due to safe-haven demand or whatever. But with the Fed holding steady and other central banks maybe not hiking as much, it's hard to tell. I'm worried about a gap down on Monday morning if things get crazier in the Middle East overnight. I'm holding off on new trades until I see a clearer picture. It feels like smart money is playing games.

@JenniferGarcia10 Yeah, I saw that bit about the dollar being weak. It's all a show, right? They push USDJPY up here to make it look like safe haven demand is kicking in, but that RBNZ and oil news are still out there. It's designed to make you think it's going higher while they're setting up for a huge sell-off. I'm not falling for it. This whole thing screams 'bear trap'. They'll probably use that flimsy 'dollar weakness' narrative to justify a massive spike up, then dump it on unsuspecting retail. Just wait for the real move after they've collected enough stops. Probably going to check my charts again in an hour, see if they've cooked up another excuse.
