BTCUSD Feb 19
BTCUSD looks like it might drop further. RSI is below 40, and it broke the 20 SMA. I'm thinking of opening a small short position around 66150, targeting 65500. What do you guys think? Is that too aggressive?

Another update: BTCUSD is hovering around 66000 now. I'm considering moving my SL to breakeven to reduce risk. Should I wait a bit longer to see if it drops more decisively first? I anlaız that S1 is around 65800, so maybe wait until it breaches that sevyie?

Update: I opened the short position at 66100. SL at 66500 just in case. I'm still new to this, so any advice is appreciated! Hoping the bearish trend continues. Feeling nervous tbh, but gotta learn somehow, right?

@arcticfox146, while a short position might seem tempting given the recent dip, consider the 200 SMA acting as potential support around 66750. A bounce from there could invalidate your short entry. Also, the RSI, though below 40 previously, is now above 50, indicating a possible shift in momentum. Your target of 65500 may be too aggressive, especially if the 50 SMA at 66454 holds. Perhaps wait for more confirmation before committing to the short.
