This Sydney session is really testing my patience. Price action on ETHUSD is almost non-existent, just sitting there around 2030s. Feels like we're in a vacuum waiting for some catalyst. The lack of volatility makes it tough to find any meaningful swing opportunities, and honestly, it’s a bit boring. Need some movement soon or I'll be staring at a flat line all night.

Actually, thinking more about that consolidation. While the price is stuck, the fact that it's holding above that 50 SMA and the S1 pivot is somewhat encouraging. It shows resilience. If we do see a breakout from this tight range, especially with that slight bullishness from the recent ETHUSD gains, I’d be looking at R1 around 2024.97 as an initial target. Anything above that opens up the possibility of testing the Bollinger Band midline near 2048. It's a gamble in this low volume, though. The news about Bitcoin pauses does cast a slight shadow, but ETH's own ecosystem developments have been strong recently. I'm going to set an alert for 2040 just in case things pick up unexpectedly.
