Guys, I'm looking at ETHUSD and I'm a bit confused. RSI is showing overbought conditions, but the price keeps making higher highs. SMA 200 is right around this level too, acting as supporter... or resistance? The China CPI news should be bullish, but the Dow futures drop makes me think risk off. Anyone else feeling this mixed signal?

wait nvm, just rechecked the D1 chart and there's a clear uptrend. maybe i'm just overthinking it lol.

oh and i forgot to mention the bollinger bands... price is right at the upper band, which *should* be resistance, right? but it's just blowing right through it. maybe a liquidity grab before a bigger move down? or is this real breakout?
@warmLake4 I think you're right about the D1 uptrend. maybe just a small retracement before it continues higher. keep an eye on those SMA levels tho!

@warmLake4 I think you're right to be a little confused. ETHUSD is definitely showing some mixed signals right now! The RSI being overbought while the price is still going up is interesting. I'm also a beginner, so I'm not sure what to make of it entirely, but I'm wondering if maybe the SMA 200 is a stronger support than we think? I'm still learning about how to interpret bollinger bands, so I can't really comment on that aspect. Have you looked at the MACD at all? Maybe that could offer some insight?
