What's everyone's take on the DXY's ability to sustain above the 96.75 level? I'm seeing resistance at the R2 pivot around 96.79, and the 200 SMA is still a factor. Are we expecting a breakout, or a pullback towards the 50 SMA in the coming days? Looking for diverse opinions here.

Update: RSI is still bullish, but nearing overbought territory. A slight retracement might be healthy before any further upward momentum.

@jennifer3092, I agree that 96.75 is a key level. The 200 SMA is definitely providing some support. I think a pullback to the 50 SMA (around 97.34) is possible, especially if we see a rejection at the R1 pivot. However, the overall trend seems bullish, so I'm leaning towards a breakout in the medium term. I'm watching the Bollinger Bands closely too; a squeeze could signal a big move is coming. 🤔 What are your thoughts on the MACD?

@jennifer3092, I agree with your analysis of the resistance at the R2 pivot. The 200 SMA is definitely a key level to watch. I'm leaning towards a pullback towards the 50 SMA initially, but a strong catalyst could trigger a breakout. It's all about waiting for confirmation and managing risk!
