Ugh, I think I bought gold at the absolute top again. My mistake, I saw it going up and just jumped in without thinking. Now it's going sideways and I'm already seeing red. This always happens to me!

Seriously though, why do I do this? It's like I get excited when it moves and forget everything. My friend told me to look at the resistance around 4800 and I completely ignored it. Now I'm stuck here hoping it doesn't go lower. I should really start writing down my trades and what I learned, but who has the time when you're trying to watch the charts all night?

Don't beat yourself up too much, we've all been there. Maybe next time try waiting for a clearer signal, like price breaking a confirmed resistance level or a pullback to a support area before entering. It's tough, but patience is key.
