The current price action for XAGUSD appears to be quite range-bound, oscillating around the 20-day SMA. While the RSI is neutral, there isn't a clear directional bias on the daily chart. Maintaining caution is prudent, especially given the lack of strong conviction from either bulls or bears. We should observe if it can hold above the 87.50 level.

To add to my previous point, the Bollinger Bands also highlight this tight range, with price currently near the middle band. A sustained break above the upper band around 88.80 or below the lower band at 86.40 would be necessary to signal a potential shift in the current neutral trend. Until then, managing positions within this range with defined stop losses is crucial.

@cheongkok49 I agree, the range-bound movement has been frustrating. But with the Iran news, that might change things drastically. I'm thinking the lack of directional bias might be over now. I'm seeing the RSI is pretty high, but given the geopolitical situation, it might just keep going up. I'm considering a long position early next week if it breaks resistance. What do you think, is it too risky given the overbought conditions?
