This XAGUSD rally is insane, RSI is screaming overbought but it just keeps going up. Feels like a liquidity grab is coming soon, not sure if I should even be watching this volatility. Anyone else feeling the jitters?
Hey @sitirahman, I get the jitters too, especially with these big swings. The RSI is definitely showing overbought on the lower timeframes, but on H4 it's still hovering around 52, which isn't extreme. I've seen XAGUSD grind higher like this before, especially when there's a bit of geopolitical tension or when the dollar weakens. That Iran news you mentioned could be a factor, even if gold itself isn't directly reacting huge. Personally, I'm more inclined to wait for a clearer signal. A break below the 20 SMA at 72.64 might signal a short-term pullback, and if we get a nice displacement candle down, I might consider a short. Otherwise, I'm staying flat and letting it play out. No need to force trades in this choppy market.
