This week was rough. Saw silver drop over 6% on Friday alone, which is significant. That headline about mining companies modernizing tech was loud, but it didn't stop the sell-off. I was expecting a bounce off the 70 level but it just kept going. The PPI data on Friday was definitely a catalyst for the final push down. Honestly, I'm just looking to manage my existing positions over the weekend and see what Monday brings. If we gap down hard, I might look to trim my long-term holdings. Too much downside risk with the RSI so low and the SMAs pointing down. This volatility is intense.

Hey @daniel96, I hear you on the rough week. That drop below 70 was brutal. I remember a similar situation a few years back where silver just seemed to crumble for days on end, despite some decent looking setups on the charts. It felt like a real capitulation event. This current chop around 72.44 is a bit different, more like a pause before another leg. The PPI data was definitely a punch to the gut for many, but the way it's consolidating now suggests we might not be headed straight down. I'm watching that 200-day SMA at 74.81; if we can clear that, it might signal a deeper recovery is in play.
