Yeah @mwright934, slippage has been brutal on ETH lately, especially during London open. I'm mostly scaling into positions now rather than going all in at once. If I'm going long, I'll enter a small chunk, then add more if price confirms by pushing past a key level or showing a nice displacement. Then, if it starts to reverse, I'll scale out of the winners first. It helps manage risk better when liquidity is this choppy.

The news about the SEC chair floating 'safe harbor' exemptions for crypto is also interesting to keep an eye on for broader market sentiment, although it's not directly ETH specific. If that gains traction, it could lead to more institutional money flowing in, which would naturally benefit ETH as a major altcoin. I'm watching the 2200 support level closely; if we see a strong rejection there and price starts pushing back towards the 2300 area, I might add more to my long. The RSI is oversold on the 1H, so a bounce is definitely on the cards, but we need to see that conviction. NFA, of course.

Actually, I've found that looking for a liquidity grab before scaling in can be really effective too. Like if price dips hard and takes out stops below a support, then reverses with a strong bullish candle – that's a good sign to add to a long. It's all about waiting for that confirmation after the initial volatility.
