I've been watching some YouTube channels lately about how the DXY can be affected by geopolitical events. It seems like when there's trouble brewing internationally, like this situation with Iran, the dollar tends to strengthen as investors seek safety. I'm still trying to wrap my head around all the moving parts, but it makes some sense.

Hey @NicoleAllen, yeah I agree with you about the geopolitical stuff. This whole Iran situation is definitely making people nervous and they're running to the dollar as a safe haven. I saw it happen with gold too when tensions rose, it shot up. So it makes sense DXY is strengthening. Still trying to figure out how to use that to my advantage though.
