Friday's close was kinda weird, almost flat. I was hoping for a clearer direction before the weekend. This whole week felt like it was just stuck, not really going anywhere significant. I think I ended up down a bit overall, not a great week for my trades. I'm trying to learn more about these sideways markets, they're tough when you're just starting out. It makes it hard to know if you should be looking for longs or shorts. I hope next week is more active, or at least clearer. I'm also a bit worried about a big gap open on Monday, it could mess up any plans I make over the weekend. I'll probably just watch the first hour or two to see how things are settling.
