This news about recession odds really makes me nervous. If the economy is going to slow down, does that mean USDJPY will drop significantly? I'm still trying to get my head around how these broader economic factors actually impact currency pairs like this one. It feels like a lot to take in.

And if things get really bad with the economy, maybe the Yen will strengthen more? I'm not sure if that's how it works though...

Hey @freddie8847, I feel you on that. It's hard to connect the big economic picture to what happens with currency pairs. I'm also kinda nervous about the jobs data coming out soon. My gut says if it's bad, the dollar might dip, which would mean USDJPY drops. But then again, sometimes the opposite happens, lol.
