I'm watching the DXY closely this week, especially with the RSI showing bullish momentum. Do you all think the 200 SMA around 96.92 will act as strong resistance? I'm thinking a break above that could signal a significant bullish run. What are everyone's price targets if it breaks above?

@sanderson34 I think 96.92 is definitely a key level. A solid break above it would probably confirm the bullish trend, but I'd be cautious of a possible fakeout.

@sanderson34, I agree that the 200 SMA is a key level to watch. A break above 96.92 could certainly signal a bullish continuation. I'm also looking at the Bollinger Bands; a sustained move outside the upper band could confirm the upward trend. I think 97.20 is a reasonable target if the breakout occurs.

@sanderson34, I agree that the 200 SMA is a critical level to watch. A decisive break above it could certainly open the door for further upside. However, I'd also pay close attention to the overbought RSI. A potential divergence there could signal a short-term pullback before the larger bullish trend resumes. My initial target would be around 97.50, but I'd reassess based on price action and any fundamental catalysts. What's your take on potential resistance beyond the 200 SMA?
