Risk management is king, right? For me, it's all about defined risk. I always know my exit point before I even enter a trade. Whether it's a fixed stop loss or a trailing stop, the maximum loss is predetermined. This way, even on a bad day, the damage is limited and I can come back tomorrow. No bag holding here!

I agree with @archiescott98. Knowing your maximum loss before entering is crucial, especially for us beginners. I've been burned too many times by letting losses run. For EURUSD, I'm looking at the 1.15347 pivot point as a potential area to place my stop, depending on the setup.
