This XAUUSD rally feels like a bull trap waiting to happen. The price is up a lot today, and some news about de-escalation sounds good, but it's happened before. Remember when they said inflation was cooling and the Euro was going to rally? That didn't last. I'm worried this gold surge is just setting up a big fall. They might be pushing it higher to get more buyers in, only to drop it hard. I'm staying out for now, might even look for a short if it shows weakness around these 4650 levels. Don't want to be left holding the bags if this reverses.

Nah @MidnightRun19, I get the skepticism but this feels different. The geopolitical stuff is real and pushing gold like crazy. I just went full margin long myself. Forget bull traps, this is a bull run. If it goes south, it goes south. But I'm feeling that 4800+ target.
