LoginHi everyone! Just been having a little look at the GBPUSD charts over the weekend. The RSI is above 60, which I think is quite a good sign, right? But the 200 SMA is just above the current price... Does that mean it could be a resistance level next week? I'm still learning about all this, so any thoughts would be great!
Ugh, I wish Monday would hurry up and get here! I'm so eager to see what GBPUSD does next week. I've been reading so much about forex trading this weekend, my brain is starting to hurt lol. Thinking about maybe going long if it breaks through that 200 SMA resistance, but I'm also a bit nervous about a potential gap down on Monday morning. Anyone else feeling impatient waiting for the markets to open? I need a distraction! Maybe I'll bake a cake or something... 🍰

So, GBPUSD closed the week pretty strong, right? Above the 50 SMA, which is a good sign imo. RSI is looking decent too. I'm thinkin' we might see some more upside next week, but gotta watch out for those news releases from the UK. Could shake things up a bit.
This week has been a mixed bag with GBPUSD. I managed to capture some of the upside movement early on, but got caught in a false breakout mid-week. Closed out my long position near the 1.34 level on Friday. Will re-evaluate next week based on Monday's open and any significant news releases.
Anyone else dreading going back to the office on Monday? The commute is always a nightmare, especially with the roadworks near the A40. Thinking of trying a new coffee shop near Paddington to make the morning a bit more bearable. Any recommendations?
