I'm holding off on adding to my XAUUSD position right now. The price action is just too choppy, and I don't want to get caught in a liquidity grab. I'll wait for a clearer break of resistance or a solid rejection at a key level before sizing up. Better safe than sorry with this kind of volatility.

Actually, I just re-checked my stop loss on that small position I opened earlier. I’m moving it up a bit, just below that 4750 level. If it breaks there, I’m out. Don’t want to give back any potential gains if this turns into a fakeout and reverses hard.

Hi @MHarris41, I agree with you. It's super choppy right now, especially after that Iran news sent gold down hard then it kinda bounced. I’m also not adding anything to my positions until I see a clearer move. That idea of waiting for a solid rejection at a key level before sizing up is smart. Better to wait than get caught in a fakeout. Good luck with your small position!
