XAUUSD is exhibiting strong bullish momentum, currently trading near 5021.47. The RSI(14) at 69.8 suggests it's approaching overbought territory, so caution is advised. While the price is above the 20, 50, and 200 SMAs, indicating a bullish trend, a potential pullback towards the 5000 level should not be ruled out. Monitor price action closely for signs of exhaustion.

Update: Considering the Bollinger Bands, the current price is testing the upper band around 5028.8. A break above this level could signal further upside, but failure to do so might lead to a correction towards the pivot point at 4993.07. It's prudent to manage risk accordingly, perhaps tightening stop-loss orders.

@sadiqumar10 Yeah, that RSI approaching 70 is def something to watch out for. I'm a bit skeptical about it continuing the run up though. Might be a good short opportunity if it rejects off that R1 pivot around 5004. Thanks for the heads up!
