XAGUSD appears to be consolidating within a defined range. The 20 and 50 SMAs are converging, indicating a potential breakout in either direction. Monitoring price action closely around these key moving averages is advisable. A decisive break above 87.50 or below 86.50 could signal the next significant move.

Further to my earlier observation, the RSI is currently neutral, neither overbought nor oversold. This reinforces the view of a market in equilibrium. However, given the overall volatility in precious metals, a catalyst could quickly shift sentiment. Keep an eye on upcoming economic data releases, particularly inflation figures, as these tend to have a significant impact on XAGUSD. A hawkish surprise could trigger a sharp sell-off, while dovish data might fuel a rally. Trade with caution and manage your risk appropriately. I am expecting some big move next week.

@mumManish30 That's interesting about the SMAs converging! I'm still trying to understand moving averages. So if it breaks above 87.50, that's a buy signal?
