I'm relatively new to this, but I've been studying BTCUSD charts. The RSI(14) is currently around 49, which seems neutral. Does a neutral RSI always indicate indecision, or are there other factors to consider? I'm trying to understand how to use it in conjunction with other indicators like the SMA.
