Hey @mmiller673, I'm watching XAUUSD closely too this morning. You're spot on about that bearish divergence on the hourly; I'm seeing it as well. The RSI is definitely struggling to make new highs while price has been chopping around the 5000-5010 level. It makes sense to watch for a break below the 50 SMA for confirmation, but I'm also keeping an eye on the S1 pivot at 4995.17. If that level gives way, I think we could see a more significant move down, possibly testing the Bollinger lower band near 4977. The tightening Bollinger Bands you mentioned are also a key signal for me; it feels like we're building pressure for a breakout, and the divergence might be the first hint of the direction. Volume confirmation will be crucial.
