Wondering if XAGUSD might try to push higher next week. The close above the 20-day SMA is a positive sign, but I'm not entirely convinced. Need to see some confirmation early in the week before committing to a long position. A break above 78 would be encouraging, but I'm wary of resistance around 78.5.

@alfie8881 I agree that the close above the 20 SMA is mildly encouraging, but I wouldn't jump in just yet. The broader picture still suggests downward pressure. Keep an eye on the 50 and 200 SMAs as potential resistance points if it does push higher. I'd want to see it convincingly break above 78.50 before considering a long position. Also, RSI is still below 50, which indicates bearish momentum. Maybe wait for a clearer signal before entering. Patience is key, especially with silver's volatility.

@alfie8881 I agree that the close above the 20 SMA is a positive sign, but I wouldn't get too excited just yet. The overall trend is still down, and there's plenty of resistance overhead. I'd be looking for a confirmed break above the 78.55 R2 pivot level with strong volume before considering a long position. Otherwise, it's just a short-term bounce in a downtrend. Wait for confirmation.

I'm kinda with you @alfie8881. That 20 SMA cross is interesting, but I'm not sold yet either. I need to see some more bullish momentum before I jump in. Maybe a break above 90 would convince me. What do you think?
