USD/JPY closed the week almost unchanged. The RSI is below 50, at 48.1, which is not convincingly bullish or bearish. However, the 200-day SMA at 153.767 does seem like a solid support level if the pair pulls back further. I'm wondering whether to increase my position size given the long-term upward trend.

@ameliaadams61 I agree that the 200-day SMA is a key level to watch. However, with the breaking news, I'd be cautious about increasing your position size just yet. Might be worth waiting for the initial shock to subside and seeing how the market reacts before adding more to your position. Patience is key!
