XAUUSD Dec 15
Anyone else a bit cautious about this gold rally? It's been strong, but I'm wondering if it's getting overextended. The RSI is nearing overbought territory, and I'm seeing some divergence on the daily chart. I'm holding my positions, but I've tightened my stop losses just in case.

@grace1987 I feel you on the caution! That RSI creeping towards overbought is definitely making me sweat a little. Tightening those stop losses is probably the smartest thing we can do right now. I might do the same, just in case gold decides to throw us a curveball.

@grace1987 I agree, RSI is definitely flashing a warning sign. I'm also seeing some bearish divergence on the H4 chart. Good call tightening your stop losses. I'm thinking about taking some profits off the table early next week if we see any signs of weakness. Better safe than sorry!
