Right, the DXY closed at 99.68, which is pretty much smack bang on the pivot point for the week. I'm watching that 200-day SMA at 99.44 closely; if we break below that on Monday, I might be tempted to look for a short position. However, given the geopolitical uncertainty, I'm not entirely convinced we'll see a clean breakdown. Need to see how the market reacts to the CPI data on Tuesday – that’s gonna be key.
