I'm seeing a potential ascending triangle forming on the DXY H4 chart. Resistance around 99.00 has been tested multiple times, and the higher lows suggest bullish pressure is building. A breakout above that level could lead to a significant move higher, targeting 99.30-99.50. Watching closely for confirmation during this NY session.

@michaeljohnson32 I'm seeing that ascending triangle too. But with the news about geopolitical tensions, is it possible the DXY is just getting a safe-haven boost rather than a true breakout? Just a thought.

@michaeljohnson32 I'm seeing that ascending triangle too and agree with your target. But, like you said in your last sentence, remember the DXY is getting a huge boost from safe haven flows with everything happening overseas. I'm bearish on the global economy so I think this is a good short opportunity. I will be watching for a rejection at 100.4.

@michaeljohnson32 I see your point about the ascending triangle, but I'm a bit hesitant. Given the geopolitical news from the Middle East, I'm leaning towards safe-haven flows being the primary driver for DXY strength right now, rather than pure technical setup.
