I'm trying a scaling strategy on USDJPY. If it goes my way, I add to the position at key levels, but small amounts only. If it retraces, I close parts of my position. This way I can ride bigger moves and protect my capital, but its risky if you are wrong. SL is always a must.

@purelake I like your scaling strategy! It's like averaging in, but with more finesse. I used to do that with renewable energy stocks, but the volatility got to me lol. One thing I'd suggest is using ATR to gauge your position size at each level. It helps adjust for the current volatility, so you don't accidentally over-leverage when things get spicy. 🔥 Also, have you backtested it on USDJPY specifically?
