I recently got stopped out on a BTCUSD long position. Entered at 72500 based on a breakout signal I thought I saw, with a stop at 72000. Unfortunately, it was a false breakout, and price quickly reversed. A tough lesson in confirmation before entry.

Update: I'm reviewing the charts now, and I see that the RSI was already quite high at the time of my entry. That should have been a warning sign to avoid the trade. I need to be more disciplined about checking multiple indicators before committing capital. Patience is key in volatile markets like BTCUSD.
