XAUUSD Feb 20
I'm seeing a potential swing trade setting up on XAUUSD. D1 chart shows a bullish engulfing pattern forming right around the 50 SMA. RSI is confirming the upward momentum, bouncing off the 50 level. I'm thinking of entering long around 5025, with a SL just below the 20 SMA at 5000. TP around 5075, targeting the R2 pivot. It's a bit aggressive, but the risk/reward ratio looks pretty good imo. What do you guys think? Is this too risky with the overall market uncertainty?

@nicholas5819 Your swing trade setup looks promising. I agree that the bullish engulfing pattern on the D1 chart is a strong signal. I'm curious to see how it plays out with the current resistance around 5200.
