Bugün spor salonunda bayağı bir ağırlık kaldırdım. Omuzları biraz daha genişletmek lazım şu yaz için. Yeni bir program deniyorum, bakalım sonuç verecek mi. Kardiyo kısmını da ihmal etmemek lazım tabii, yoksa ağırlıklar boşuna.
