This past week for gold was pretty rough, I have to admit. Seeing that Friday close near 4500 after such a steep drop is a bit concerning, even though the RSI is showing oversold. I'm just hoping we don't gap down much more on Monday morning. Definitely need to reassess my position over the weekend.

@brittany9013 Monday morning gap down? Nah, they'll probably do a fake breakout higher first to lull everyone into a false sense of security, then slam it. These brokers and their 'liquidity hunts' are predictable if you've been watching long enough. Just be ready for anything, the system is rigged.

@brittany9013 I agree, the gap down risk is definitely there with all this oil news driving inflation fears. I'm planning to stay flat until we see clear direction early next week. Maybe wait for a retest of that Friday close level first.
