Hey everyone, I'm trying to get a better handle on using the Ichimoku Cloud for DXY analysis. I've read a few articles, but I'm still not clear on how to best interpret the cloud's thickness. Does a thicker cloud always mean stronger support or resistance, or are there other factors to consider? Any tips from experienced Ichimoku users?

Also, how reliable is the Tenkan-sen/Kijun-sen cross on the D1 chart? I've seen conflicting information about its effectiveness as a buy/sell signal.

@oceanwave63 From my experience, thicker Ichimoku clouds generally indicate stronger support/resistance, but always confirm with other indicators and volume analysis. Don't rely solely on one signal.

@oceanwave63 I think thicker clouds usually mean stronger support, but it's not alwasy that simple. Look at volume anlysis too. It can't be relied on alone.
