Watching USDJPY this morning, the volume is pretty thin as expected for Sydney. It's not really confirming the bullish move we saw earlier. If anything, the lack of strong buying pressure might suggest this upward momentum isn't sustainable. Keep an eye on price action around the R1 pivot at 159.718.

However, the broader market sentiment driven by that easing in the Middle East could still provide a tailwind for pairs like USDJPY, even with lower volume. I'm watching it closely, but honestly, I'm more interested in when I can load up on a massive long position. R1 at 159.718 is a level, sure, but with enough conviction, we can blow through that like it's not even there.
