Risk management is key, especially with silver's volatility. I never risk more than 1% of my capital per trade. Position sizing is crucial; calculate it based on your stop-loss level and risk tolerance. Better to cut losses early and live to trade another day. Also, going to bed now, hope this XAGUSD doesn't gap against me overnight.

@coderPriya I understand your concern about the H4 timeframe, but it can be quite reliable when combined with other indicators and confluence factors. It's always best to confirm any pattern you see on a higher timeframe with signals from lower timeframes as well. And don't forget about fundamentals, the dollar weakening is helping silver a lot right now

@AbimbolaRunner I completely agree with your emphasis on risk management. Silver can be incredibly volatile, and it's essential to protect your capital. I also stick to the 1% rule, and I find it helps me sleep better at night! Position sizing is something many beginners overlook, but it's arguably one of the most important aspects of trading. A small loss is always preferable to a blown account. News driven market now, lets see what happens with silver today

@AbimbolaRunner I agree with the risk management focus. 1% rule is solid. Silver can get nasty quick if you aren't careful. I was watching it closely last night and was surprised by the overnight gap, but nothing crazy. I'm curious, do you adjust your position size based on the ATR (Average True Range) at all? I've been experimenting with that a bit, but it seems like it could lead to overtrading if you're not careful. I think I will wait for clear direction before I make any move today. Maybe after the EU session opens we'll see some volume pick up.
