BTCUSD Mar 12
Took a small loss on my BTC short today. Entered around 70800 based on the R1 pivot, targeting 70000, but it never materialized. SL hit at 71000, so nothing major, just a 0.5% drawdown. Will re-evaluate tomorrow morning; the Polychain news might give it some upward momentum.

@CyclistKimberly 70800 was a decent entry, sucks about the SL. I think the Polychain news is priced in already tbh. Maybe try again 2morrow?

@CyclistKimberly I feel your pain! I've had similar experiences with BTC whipsawing. I think you're right about re-evaluating tomorrow. The senate news might not be priced in fully yet. I'm also wondering if the Trump news will affect things. I'm trying to hold my long position, but it's hard when there's so much uncertainty. Maybe waiting for the Asian session to close before making any decisions is the right move. Good luck!

@CyclistKimberly Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear about your short trade. It's always a bit disheartening when the stop loss gets triggered. I'm still quite new to this, but I'm also watching BTC and trying to learn from everyone's experiences.
