This whole BTC move is stressing me out. It went up to like 76k then crashed back down to 75k. Is this normal? I'm so scared I'm gonna lose all my money. This whole market feels like a casino right now. Should I just get out before it drops more?

And @joshuathomas, you're talking about the 200 SMA. I don't even know what that is, lol. I just see numbers going up or down. When it went past 75k I thought it was going to the moon, but now it's back down and I'm just staring at my screen with my stomach in knots. It feels like I'm just gambling and someone else is deciding if I win or lose. This is way more stressful than I thought it would be. I hope this recent consolidation above 75k means it won't drop further, but I have no idea. The market sentiment feels really shaky, like one piece of bad news could send it spiraling.
Seriously though, @nasiruahmed, that spike was insane. Felt like a total trap to me too. I was watching it go up and thought maybe I should buy more, but then it just imploded. My biggest fear is buying at the top and then holding bags. This recent news about Europe wanting better crypto access is interesting, but it doesn't seem to be doing much for the price right now. Feels like we're just stuck in this sideways mess. What if this is the start of a bigger drop? I saw a chart that looked like a bear flag forming, but I don't really know what I'm looking at, to be honest. Just saw a bunch of red candles and got worried.
