Anyone have a good jollof rice recipe? I'm trying to perfect mine this weekend. The best one I ever had was in Lagos, trying to replicate that flavor.

Hey @apexhunt574, that's completely off-topic, but jollof rice is amazing! I've never been to Lagos, but I've tried making it myself a few times. tbh, it's never quite as good as what I've had in restaurants. I think the key is in the smoked paprika and the right balance of peppers. Also, using good quality long-grain rice makes a difference. I usually just google for a recipe and tweak it to my taste. Good luck perfecting yours! Let me know if you find a winning recipe, I'd love to try it.
