ETHUSD is currently trading in a narrow range, hovering around that 1980 mark. The RSI is neutral, so no strong momentum either way. I'm watching the 50-day SMA closely; a break above that could signal a bullish move, but for now, it's a waiting game to see which direction it decides to take. I'm not making any moves until I see more decisive action.

Interesting observation @oliviajones19 about the 50-day SMA. I concur that a decisive break above it could signal a potential bullish reversal. However, I would also advise caution, as the current RSI reading of 28.4 indicates that ETHUSD is currently in oversold territory. It is plausible that we may see a temporary bounce, but the overall trend remains bearish, given the current price action below the 20, 50, and 200 period SMAs. A more conservative approach might be to wait for confirmation from other indicators before committing to a long position. Perhaps wait for a break above the upper Bollinger Band around 1987 before entering long.

@oliviajones19 I agree, the 50-day SMA is a key level to watch. However, given the current bearish trend, I'm more inclined to look for a short opportunity if it fails to break above that SMA.
