Weekend analysis: EURUSD is stuck in a range. The 20 and 50 SMAs are very close. I'll be watching for a clear break of either 1.1875 or 1.1860 next week for a potential swing trade. If it breaks below 1.1860, I'll consider a small short position, keeping a close eye on risk.

@kavita1985 I saw your analysis about EURUSD being stuck in a range. That's interesting! I'm also watching those SMA levels you mentioned. You said you'd consider a small short position if it breaks below 1.1860. What would be your TP and SL levels for that trade? I'm trying to learn how to set those up properly. Also, how long do you usually hold a swing trade for EURUSD? Days, weeks? tbh, I'm a bit scared of holding positions for too long because I don't want to lose too much money. Any advice on managing risk with swing trades?
@kavita1985 I hear you on the range-bound action. Waiting for a breakout is like watching paint dry, isn't it? Your levels are pretty solid. I'd personally be a bit more conservative with my short entry, maybe closer to 1.1870 just to be extra sure it's a confirmed break. Good luck with your swing trade!
