It's interesting how the DXY is performing relative to other safe-haven assets. I've been watching gold closely, and while there's some correlation due to risk-off sentiment, the DXY seems to be reacting more strongly to the geopolitical news. Perhaps it's the interest rate expectations priced into the dollar, whereas gold is purely a fear trade? Something to consider when allocating capital between the two.
