man I just entered a trade and I'm already sweating 😅. I've heard people say you shouldn't risk more than 1-2% of your account on one trade, but how do you even know if it's the right amount? My entry was based on a tip and now it's just going sideways and I'm kinda freaking out. Is it normal to feel this sick to your stomach when you're watching your money?

@OliverSmith84 Don't worry too much, I'm also a beginner and I'm freaking out right now. I took a trade based on a tip and the price just dropped. I'm not sure if I should close it and accept the loss or wait to see if it goes back up. It's hard to know how much to risk when you don't have much experience. I've heard people say to use stop losses but I'm scared to set one because what if it hits it and then the price goes the other way? It feels like a gamble every time. I think maybe we should try to learn more about proper risk management before jumping into trades.
