DXY's consolidation around the 97.60 level is interesting. The Bollinger Bands suggest tightening volatility, which could precede a breakout. I'm leaning towards a short-term bullish bias if it can decisively break above the upper band around 97.73. Need to see confirmation on the lower timeframes though.
