Just entered a short position on ETHUSD at 2205. The price is sitting right at the R2 pivot, which feels like a strong area for reversal. My stop loss is set just above at 2210, and my initial target is the 200 SMA around 2166.

Also noticed the Bollinger Bands are quite tight, suggesting a potential breakout. But given the current drop and the overhead resistance, I'm leaning towards a downside move first before any significant rebound.

Hey @kmehta971, you're talking about R2 pivot and 200 SMA, that's solid. But honestly, watching this ETHUSD price action right now... it's so damn quiet, almost boring. I'm thinking of just YOLOing a 50x short here at current levels, maybe around 2350-2360. If it dumps, we're talking huge profit fast. If it goes up? Well, that's why we set stops right? Feels like a textbook trap for retail longs, they're gonna get squeezed before any real upward move. I'd rather play the downside here and see if we can sweep those lows down towards the 2300s again. The RSI is still under 40, doesn't scream bullish to me at all, especially with the Bollinger Bands so tight. Let's see if we can catch a quick 100 points or more before London wakes up.
