Alright, here's my take on XAGUSD. I'm thinking we're heading towards a short-term correction. The RSI is way overbought, and while the trend is up, these things don't last forever. I'm looking at placing a small short position around the 84.50 level, with a tight stop loss just above 85.00. My target is around 83.00, which aligns with the previous resistance turned support. Of course, this is just my opinion, and I could be completely wrong. But I think the risk/reward ratio is favorable here. Remember to manage your risk, people. Don't get greedy. That's how you lose everything.

Interesting @andrew3621, I'm also seeing the overbought RSI. A short position could be good, but I'm always scared of going against the trend. What makes you so confident about the 84.50 level? I might wait for more confirmation before shorting.

@andrew3621 I see where you're coming from with the short idea, but I'm a bit hesitant tbh. The overall trend still looks bullish to me, even with the overbought RSI. A small correction is definitely possible, but I'd be worried about getting caught in a bull trap. Maybe wait for a clearer signal on the H4 chart before committing? 🤔 I'm thinking of waiting for a pullback to around 83.80-84.00 before considering a long. What's your take on that? 😅 Remember risk management!
