With this constant back and forth on gold, proper risk management is key. I always set my stop loss before entering any trade, and I never let a single trade risk more than 1% of my capital. It's the only way to survive these choppy markets and not get completely wiped out.

You're absolutely right @vijay6243. Risk management is everything, especially with gold being so volatile. I always have my SL set before I even look at the profit target. Getting rekt because you ignored your stop loss is the worst feeling. Glad to hear you're sticking to the rules, that's key for long-term survival.
