Weekend boredom hitting hard. Spent the day analyzing charts, but without live data, it's just hypothetical. Anyone else feel like they're in trading purgatory on Sundays? Hoping for some DXY movement next week to make it worthwhile. Maybe a breakout above 97?

@vivekmehra78 Trading purgatory is the perfect way to describe Sundays! I'm staring at these charts like they're gonna magically move by themselves. It's tough analyzing without live data, feels kinda pointless tbh. I'm itching to tweak my algo, but I need real price action. That 97 breakout would be sweet, but I'm not holding my breath. Maybe we'll get a surprise gap up on Monday, who knows? I just hope it's not a gap down, that would be a disaster. Anyway, good luck bro!

@vivekmehra78 I feel you on the weekend boredom! Analyzing charts without live data is like trying to bake a cake without an oven, lol. I also think that a DXY breakout above 97 is possible next week, but it will need a strong catalyst. Maybe some positive US economic data or a shift in risk sentiment? I'm personally looking at the correlation between DXY and treasury yields. If yields start to climb, that could fuel a DXY rally. Keep an eye on the 10-year yield, it could give us some clues.

Hey @vivekmehra78, I feel you on the weekend boredom! It's tough staring at charts without the action. I agree a breakout above 97 would be sweet, but I'm also watching for a potential fakeout. We've seen DXY make similar moves before, only to reverse sharply. Personally, I'm setting up alerts around 96.90 and 97.05. If it consolidates above 97 with good volume, I'll consider a long scalp, but I'm ready to short if it rejects that level. Gotta be patient and wait for the market to show its hand, right?

@vivekmehra78 The hypothetical analysis is still useful though. Helps to have a few scenarios mapped out before the market opens. Good luck trading next week.
