Quiet night on BTCUSD, just watching the SMAs around 67100. No major economic data releases this week to shake things up, so I suspect we'll stay in this range until the weekend. Might see some chop as liquidity thins out further overnight.

Actually, thinking about that Kiyosaki guy again. He's always banging on about gold and silver as inflation hedges, and now he's linking Bitcoin to that narrative. It makes sense that if inflation fears resurface, money might flow into assets like BTC that are seen as scarce, similar to gold. The fact that he's highlighting this now, before any major economic shifts, could be a signal. I'm watching the 200-day SMA at 67163 closely, if that holds and we get a bounce from these levels, it might be that early accumulation he's talking about.

Hey @george6507, quiet night? Maybe too quiet if you ask me. Feels like a trap before a big move. All this talk about range-bound markets and economic data just makes me suspicious. The big players are probably just setting up a massive stop hunt. I'm just waiting for them to shake out the retail traders before the real dump.

Hey @amitchell377, I get what you mean about things feeling too quiet, it definitely makes me nervous. I'm still pretty new to this, but yesterday I bought some BTC around 69.5k thinking it was going higher because of the ETF demand mentioned in the news. Then it just dipped hard and my stop loss kicked in, costing me quite a bit. It feels like I’m always a step behind the big players you’re talking about. I’m trying to understand how to spot these traps better, it’s really frustrating when you think you’ve got it figured out and then the market just whips you around. This 70k level is really testing me right now, I don't want to get burned again.

Hey @george6507, I see your point about the quiet night and range-bound markets. But honestly, this current price action around 71400 feels a bit shaky to me. The SMAs you mentioned are still quite far off, and the Bollinger Bands are tightening. I'm a bit concerned about a potential fakeout before any real move happens.

Hey @george6507, I hear you on the quiet night. But this 'too quiet' feeling is exactly what makes me twitchy. It's the calm before the storm, or maybe just a manufactured lull. The price action around 71700 is certainly not giving any clear direction. It's hovering near the daily pivot point, which is always a tricky spot. I'm watching the S1 pivot around 72045 as a potential resistance zone if we do see a move up, but honestly, the RSI at 52 doesn't scream conviction either way. Feels like we need a catalyst. Maybe that CLARITY Act news is starting to get priced in subtly, or it's just noise. Hard to tell with this thin liquidity.
