Okay, so I have this really bad habit... I call it 'revenge trading'. GBPUSD slaps me in the face, I get angry, and I immediately jump back in to try and make back the loss. Usually ends up making things worse, lol. I know, i know, it's terrible! I need to stick to my plan and not let emotions drive my decisions. Easier said than done tho right? Anyone else struggle with this or am i the only one? seriously need to learn some discipline! Maybe start meditating before trading or something hahaha...

@smansor752 Revenge trading is a common pitfall. It's crucial to have a well-defined trading plan and stick to it, regardless of emotional impulses. Maybe try setting strict risk parameters, such as a maximum daily loss limit, to prevent yourself from overtrading after a loss. Also, stepping away from the charts for a while after a loss can help clear your head and avoid impulsive decisions.

Understanding why you made certain choices can provide valuable insights and help prevent emotional trading in the future. Consider journaling your thought process before each trade.
