I just can't sleep watching USDJPY move this much overnight. My rule is to never risk more than 1% of capital per trade. It's tough when you see big candles like this and want to jump in, but sticking to that rule feels safer. Still, watching it go up... it's making me nervous.

Yeah, that 1% rule is key. I was thinking about that too. It's so hard to stick to when it feels like a sure thing, or when you're already down and trying to chase losses. But honestly, when I ignore it, that's when I get wiped out. I saw that Fed hike probability jump again in the news, and it made me think about how fast things can turn. If USDJPY suddenly reverses because of that, my small position could get ugly fast. So, yeah, gotta trust the plan. This volatility is insane. Heard they might be worried about inflation and hikes again. Crazy.
